Job description, responsibilities and duties

Your Tasks:

• Assist Legal and Compliance team in implementing compliance risk management framework.
• Responsible for day-to-day operation of third-party risk management process, including conducting and reviewing client’s due diligence, responding to inquiries, and acting as primary POC with internal stakeholders for compliance matters.
• Assist in drafting and / or review of compliance- and control-related standard operating procedures.
• Review and revise compliance policies and recommend additional processes and procedures, as necessary.
• Draft documents, conduct research, prepare correspondence, and work effectively with internal and external business stakeholders.
• Perform legal and factual research.
• Extend support in the preparation, review, and negotiation of Master Service Agreements, Non
• Disclosure Agreements, Statements of Work, terms and amendments for clients located in Europe, US, and APAC.
• Provide support in contract preparation for internal review and approval and ensure compliance with company policies as well as applicable local laws or regulations.
• Carry out full range of general and administrative duties necessary to support the Legal and Compliance Department.

Assist Group Head Legal and Compliance in other delegated tasks from time to time.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) or German - Upper intermediate (B2) or French - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• Graduate of Bachelor of Laws or Juris Doctor with good academic credentials.
• Relevant professional experience as a Legal and Compliance Specialist.
• Fluent in English and German, French a plus.
• Relevant professional experience or education in an English or German speaking / common law country a must.
• Manage multiple priorities, work efficiently and collaboratively under pressure within a growing team and consistently meet the tight deadlines.
• Superior interpersonal skills, team-oriented attitude, and strong attention to detail.
• Fast learner that develops himself/herself and others around them.
• Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrate an ability to identify, analyse, and solve problems.
• Able to manage confidential information professionally.
• Technology-savvy skills proficient in all Google and Microsoft applications.
