Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who will help the company to define the business strategy, identify key market opportunities and grow the business across several market domains and regions with Eastern Europe.

Your main responsibilities:
*Setting up the sales strategy, regular meetings with management and stakeholders
*Taking responsibility for achieving company targets through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance
*Preparing the proposals, presentations, and new business materials
*Identifying new business opportunities, acquisitions
*Generating leads, building, and nurturing client relationships
*Developing and managing the sales pipeline
*Supporting deal structure and pricing with business value analysis, negotiating prices for proactive bids and proposals
*Providing market analysis, monitoring competition
*Identifying trends on market and customer needs
*Participating in coordination and implementation of marketing strategies
*Representing the company in networking events

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

*At least 4 years of experience in B2B sales
*Experience in cloud-based infrastructure, focusing on MSSP services is a must
*Fluent English – you will use English daily in negotiations with clients and internally
*Experience in forecasting, budgeting, pricing
*Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiations skills
*Sales acumen
*Willingness to travel
