Purpose of the job
IT Project Manager is a role required by all software development projects of our company. You will assure overall project coordination, communication with customers, delivery team management and adherence to relevant processes, while being responsible for the project outcomes. You will also cooperate with our quality department regarding project quality objectives and complying with required standards, primarily Automotive SPICE®.

Personality requirements and skills

Previous experience
- Multiple years and multiple project experience with IT project management. Able to work in both agile and waterfall environments, knowledgeable in project management methodologies and overall SW development lifecycle, its phases, and respective tooling.
- Degree with a technical focus in software engineering, the management, or related fields
- Experience with people management, customer management, solid leadership skills and soft skills in general, ability to make both quick and well-considered decisions
- Accuracy and precision in process documentation
- Knowledge of Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence), MS tools suite, and other SW tools such as GIT and SVN is advantageous.
- Knowledge of different Software development processes (Waterfall, Agile)
- Previous experience with software development, such as requirements, architecture, coding, and testing, is an advantage.
- You speak and write English very well.

- Ability to manage work packages on multiple breakdown levels while being able to reasonably estimate the difficulty of the planned work on the highest level
- Solid risk management ability and prioritization
