Job description, responsibilities and duties

Are you a motivated person who would like to build a career in an international company and learn more about reinsurance? If you spot mistakes easily, enjoy correcting them and on top of that speak English and French you are the person we are looking for!

As a new team member you will be an important part of the Business Management team working with skilled professionals from the field. We will give you the opportunity to learn, develop and uncover your potential - find yourself in the work you like.

There is no need to have previous (re)insurance knowledge - we will provide you with a proper training! After that, your main responsibilities will include the administration of client's accounts in your portfolio - primarily insurance companies and brokers.

Check out your daily tasks:

- Responsibility for designated portfolio of insurance companies
- Clarification of discrepancies and incorrect data with Swiss Re's internal departments and/or clients
- Data analysis, booking of figures into our internal systems and cash flow management
- Business communication with our external clients (calls, emails etc.)
- Data quality control and risk management related activities according to internal guidelines
- Proactive investigation and interpretation of processed accounting data
- Sharing of information with other team members and support cross-team collaboration

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and French - Intermediate (B1)

Personality requirements and skills

Analytical thinking person with good knowledge of MS Excel
Engaged and proactive work ethic
Diligent and detail oriented
Communicative, enjoying teamwork
Proficient in English AND speak French language (at least B1-B2 level)
