Job description, responsibilities and duties

What our Business Services team does?

As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a diverse environment, collaborate with colleagues all around the world, and contribute to exciting projects that impact our global business.

You will be part of the professional and powerful team with overall responsibility for coordinating the Reinsurance business run by European Branches. Business Services are the port of call for our internal clients and for all administrative tasks.

The challenges you might expect:

- Coordination of own business portfolio in collaboration with Business Teams,
- Administration, data entry and contract administration,
- Monitoring end to end processes, coordination of pending tasks,
- Daily use of Swiss Re tools, applications, and MS office package,
- Composition of various kind of outcomes (Power point – for client visits or events, Excel Spreadsheets, etc.),
- Communication and collaboration within the team and other departments globally
- Scheduling of meetings and any other tasks upon requests.
