Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a new colleague to join our recruitment team! If you are friendly and positive person with a client centric attitude, then you might fit in just perfectly :) We are looking for someone with HR experience preferably from an international environment who is also flexible and creative in the same time. In addition, do you like to communicate in English and to be in touch with international colleagues and hiring managers on a daily base? Then the junior recruiter role could be just a right fit for you.

Your main responsibilities will be:
- Handle the end to end recruitment process
- Advise hiring managers on recruitment process
- Be a partner to EMEA based hiring managers in each step of recruiting journey
- Run initial recruitment strategy session with hiring manager, advise on market overview, local labor law, job ads options, job description etc.
- Screening suitable candidates and participate on the interviews
- Offer management, from suggesting offer parameters to discussing local regulations
- Feedback management
- Build deep understanding of Swiss Re culture and jobs content, and use that understanding to help candidates fully recognize the opportunity
- Participate on/lead project work as defined at local, regional and/or global level
- Partner with recruiting agencies (explain job description, team environment, personality requirements & desired candidates 'professional background)
- Gain a deep market knowledge about universities, job fairs, job portals etc.

About The Team:
You will be part of Recruitment EMEA team in Bratislava and oversees a full cycle recruitment in on of the locations in EMEA region. The team explores and implements practices that allow the business to attract the best talent, increase candidate experience, foster Employer Brand and recognize recruiting as a core people management skill.

- Previous experience in full-cycle recruiting process
- You are collaborative & friendly team-mate :)
- Capability to build strong client relationships based on trust
- Ability to work in and adapt to a dynamic working environment where change and flexibility are essential
- You are dedicated to self-development and are up to date on recruiting practices and trends
- Skilled in handling multiple tasks at the same time with setting the priorities in parallel
- Proficient English (other European language is a plus)
