Job description, responsibilities and duties

About the Role

Your main responsibility in this position will be to maintain and analyze financial instrument static data in asset management software platforms. You will be able to gain understanding of the nature and impact of data maintained and the ability to ensure their highest quality through performing various checks, report queries and data reconciliations. At the same time you will represent the team in various working groups and projects, design new processes and controls.

• Setup and maintenance of a high variety of financial instrument static data
• End-to-end data integrity checks to ensure highest data quality
• Collaboration with internal stakeholders to understand their data needs and requirements
• Working on projects, ad hoc queries and initiatives
• Proactive knowledge sharing
• Seeking for improvement and simplification

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• 2+ years of relevant work experience
• Financial products knowledge, preferably university degree in Banking, Finance or similar
• Experience with defining and implementing new processes is a plus
• Independent self-driven personality
• Detail orientation and good analytical skills
• Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and work in team
• Good command of written and spoken English
