  • Place of work: Mlynské nivy 12, Bratislava, Slovakia (Job with occasional home office)
  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: From 6 EUR/hourThe minimum gross monthly base salary for this role is 6 EUR for hour. Our final offer to you will be set up fairly, considering the skills and experience that you bring to the Swiss Re Group. You can look forward to extra rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based bonus.

Job description, responsibilities and duties

About the Role

You will be providing administrative support to HR Admin team responsible for employee lifecycle in various EMEA locations, mainly:

• Supporting administration of company benefits which includes:
• Checking correctness of data
• Evaluation of eligibility criteria
• Approving employee orders
• Follow-up communication with employees if needed
• Entering payments in HR tool
• Ordering vouchers and sending them out to employees etc.
• Storing obligatory HR documents in eFile platform based on agreed categorisation in order to ensure records retention according to legal standards

We cover tasks related to employee life cycle, benefit administration, payroll and other project tasks. Other responsibilities:

• Perform other position related tasks as instructed by Supervisor
• Provide cover for roles in other teams
• Any other ad hoc tasks as required from time to time
