Job description, responsibilities and duties
This is an exciting opportunity to join our global Compliance Digital & Analytics team, based in Zürich, and Bratislava! The team is responsible for improving the usage of technology and data, for the benefit of Compliance across Swiss Re Group. Our services include business analysis, development and management of Compliance specific tools and data analytical solutions. The development of digital & analytics capabilities is a key strategic direction for Compliance.
About the role
In this role, you will act as business analyst for key Compliance tools and support the execution of our tech strategy in coordination with IT by developing, maintaining and administering Compliance digital solutions for use within the division and throughout Swiss Re.
Main tasks/activities/responsibilities
-Support our Compliance tools, capture and document requirements
-Cooperate with business users and our colleagues in IT, connect with vendors, test changes, provide project support, and functional training
-Manage the change request process on selected Compliance tools
-Participate in Compliance framework projects to support the business analysis, development and management of Compliance specific tools & processes
-Translate Compliance policies, standards and processes into business requirements to support the development of Compliance tools
-Act as main liaison between Compliance and IT development teams
-Support development of analytics and insights around our tools

-You conduct work activities efficiently and able to balance multiple projects at once
