  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: From 1 300 EUR/monthThe minimum gross monthly base salary for this role is 1300 EUR full time. Our final offer to you will be set up fairly, considering the skills and experience that you bring to the Swiss Re Group. You can look forward to extra rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based bonus.

Personality requirements and skills

About You

We expect you to:
• Have an excellent command of English – our working language
• Hold graduate level qualifications in a numerical and analytical field or otherwise demonstrate strong skills in these areas
• Be proficient in MS Excel
• Be proficient in R or other programming languages
• Have an interest in Data Science
• Have at least 2-3 years professional experience gained in an analytical role
• Demonstrate accuracy and commitment to quality
• Show integrity and consumer awareness.

• Prior experience in insurance related field
• Other European languages (German, French, Spanish or Dutch)
• Have a clear interest in, and understanding of, the European insurance market

You are:
• Happy in an area that is fluid, developing and fast-moving
• Enthusiastic about working with international colleagues in a multi-cultural environment
• Comfortable handling multiple deliverables and reprioritisation
• Collaborative, engaging and positive
• Keen to work independently and collaborate actively with other team members as required especially in a virtual environment

Other activities/accountabilities:
• You may be asked to perform other position related tasks as needed
• You will be involved in other ad hoc tasks as required from time to time
• You may be required to travel to Swiss Re locations occasionally.
