Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Outstanding opportunity to work with the newest technologies such as SAP, SAP S/4 Hana, etc.
- Gather and understand requirements; work with clients, users, business/product owners & SMEs to understand their requests. Authoring additional requirements artifacts and project documentation as needed
- Build and run loading queries, system preparation, files upload, investigations, monitoring and maintenance of IT solution and processes
- Work out, discuss, and analyze the requirements for solutions and improvements in close partnership with business authorities and application engineers
- Work closely with the IT Business Analysts, Developers and Consultants in the realization phase and ensure accurate understanding and implementation of business requirements
- Participate in multiple projects as IT Business Analyst working on business requirements, design and ensuring effective and timely delivery of given project tasks
- Identify System, Process or Business improvement opportunities (proactive & reactive)
- Support Run/Operations/BAU (based on demand)

Personality requirements and skills

About You
- Bachelor or master's degree in IT, Financial or Business field
- At least 5 years of work experience in similar roles
- Experience with Agile working environment / methodology
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle numerous priorities at a time and meet deadlines while delivering high quality results
- Experience in application integration, database, and reporting
- SQL knowledge, experience with ETL
- Understanding of JSON, JAVA script, Apache KAFKA
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of abstraction, fast understanding, and conceptual thinking
- Open and creative, quick, and curious and you are a fast learner
- Excellent teammate able to deliver high performance when working in the team but also when working independently
- Ability to work under stress and high level of flexibility
