  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: From 1 200 EUR/monthThe minimum gross monthly base salary for this role is 1200 EUR full time. Our final offer to you will be set up fairly, considering the skills and experience that you bring to the Swiss Re Group. You can look forward to extra rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based bonus.

About the Role

Successful candidates will support Corporate Solutions underwriting units in their business tasks. Within a fast-paced environment, this role provides you with a chance to define your own decisions when dealing with sophisticated underwriting contracts. Did we catch your attention? Core responsibilities:

- Review insurance documentations for accuracy and completeness and reflect corresponding terms and conditions into systems (including bigger spreadsheets)
- Produce and maintain records following established guidelines and processes
- Make sure the data entered have supporting documentation attached
- Work closely with underwriters, specialists and other departments in order to handle tasks on time with high quality
- Deliver timely and accurate business processing also during peak times

Additional Responsibilities:

- Regularly monitor tasks which will be due / are due for processing
- Follow-up with client or process owner regarding any inconsistencies found.
- Follow-up on outstanding documents or items, per guidelines
- Perform other position related tasks (e.g. participation in projects, initiatives, etc.) as instructed by Supervisor

Personality requirements and skills

About You

- Proficient in English (reading, written and verbal)
- Other European language (German, French, Italian or Spanish) at the least A2 level is a major advantage
- Awareness of administrative procedures and general economic principles is a plus
- Working knowledge of Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is encouraged
- Ability to co-ordinate activities; prioritization and planning skills; ability to manage own workload
- You love to focus on details
- Ability to work both independently or collaboratively while prioritizing and multitasking in a constantly evolving environment
- Demonstrates interpersonal skills and relation-building with people in multiple environments
