Job description, responsibilities and duties

• You will come into contact with various responsibilities from coordination, through analytical work, to communication with internal and external partners.
• It is a big colossus full of professionals who work in different fields and therefore you have a number of development areas to choose from - just to name the few - focusing on managerial positions; risk calculation; communication with clients.
• Reinsurance is a stable area and therefore development in this business will never go to waste.

What can you expect from the new role?
• Acting as a partner for underwriters (client facing staff)
• Communication with other departments
• Responsibility for data entries and reinsurance portfolio overview
• Data/portfolio analysis and creating outcome from it
• Involvement in risk assessment and modeling
• Processing information in MS Excel and further in reinsurance pricing tool
• Participation in projects, initiatives

About the Team

We are dynamic and engaged team of more than 30 Business Coordinators directly working with facultative underwriting teams based in Zurich, Munich, Bratislava, Paris. We strive to expand our reinsurance knowledge, develop professionally and provide excellent service to our partners. Each one of us is unique and has some superpowers, that’s why we are a special team you want to join

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) or Spanish - Upper intermediate (B2)

• Fluency in English and Spanish

• Previous working experience is advantage
• Secondary or university education (Preferred in the field of: Economics/ Business administration, Insurance, Project management, Engineering)
