Job description, responsibilities and duties

Are you an experienced leader, with passion to develop, coach and mentor people? We are looking for a Team Leader to manage a team of Team Assistants in our Strategy & Operations EMEA team. The team assistants support our client facing and senior management with managing their calendars, organising meetings and other team assisting tasks as required. The team is full of energy and strong client focus, and needs a motivating leader to help them grow even further.

If you bring strong interpersonal skills, have your team members in the centre of your attention but you also care about client needs, we are looking for you!

You will set clear priorities, manage the team, including goal setting and performance reviews, approve time sheet and vacations, provides guidance and leadership to the team and handles various other managerial topics as required.

Your responsibilities:
• Lead Team Assistants
• Ensure high quality and timely business support for Market Heads and Executives
• Measure, analyse and improve the performance of the team/markets/individuals according to the set of goals and targets
• Ensure effective resources allocation to the respective markets within the team of responsibility
• Coach and develop the team members to ensure good performance and growth of people
• Establish strong and effective collaboration with other teams
• Ensure compliance for the entire team
• Represent Team Assistants in Bratislava towards other functions
• Enhance the team collaboration towards Client Market/UW/Transactions/Solutions community and other functions outside of Bratislava (stakeholder management)
• In limited amount also act as Team Assistant
