  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: From 1 300 EUR/monthOur offer to you may be higher based on your skills and experience and will include additional rewards and benefits. Job description, responsibilities and duties

Knowing (re)insurance business and its principles is not a requirement, but a passion for working with numbers and analyzing data is needed. Once you start, we will guide you through a detailed training focused on processes and system landscape we use daily to make sure you are ready to manage your own portfolio.

Job description:
• Validation of reinsurance accounts from clients as agreed in treaties
• Clarifications of deviations and incorrect data with Swiss Re's internal departments and/or clients
• Data analysis, booking and cash flow management
• Business communication with internal and external clients (calls, emails etc.)
• Data quality control and risk management related activities according to internal guidelines
• Proactive investigation, analysis and interpretation of processed accounting information
• International cross-team cooperation

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and German - Upper intermediate (B2)

The position is suitable for a fresh graduate


Personality requirements and skills

• You have flair for numbers, analytical skills and are detail orientated
• You are engaged and a self-starter - good energy and proactivity is in your core!
• Communicative and enjoying working in a team
• Fluent in English and German - written and spoken
• Advanced in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
