Job description, responsibilities and duties

About the Role

We are looking for a colleague to join our growing team in Bratislava. As a Policy Booking Analyst you will play an important role in the implementation of Global Programs by supporting Network Partner Coordinators (NPC) and International Program Managers (IPM) and ensuring local policies are issued and serviced in line with our high standards of service delivery.

*Contract for this position is through external agency*

Main Responsibilities:
• Quality control of local policies issued by Network Partners and comparison with local policy request form and internal system.
• Set up Network partner policies in the administration systems.
• Report on and support with clarification of any discrepancies found in the NP policies.
• Support with documents handling and proper archiving.

About the Team

Network Partner Fronting Team is part of the International Program Services Hub and we coordinate policy issuance with Network Partners in countries where we don't own a Swiss Re Corso Local Office. This means we work closely with many Swiss Re Corporate Solutions teams and Network Partners around the globe to win and service International Programs for our mid-market and corporate client segments.

• Fluent in Business English is a must, Spanish, German, and other languages are an asset.
• Quality focused, attention to detail and solution oriented, persistent and thorough
• Goal-orientation and willingness to continuous learning and improvement.
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to the changes in objectives and priorities in response to changing business needs.
• Very good comprehension of MS Office (e.g. Excel, Power Point, Access, etc.)
• Team player and able to identify improvement actions.
