  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: From 1 200 EUR/monthThe minimum gross monthly base salary for this role is 1200 EUR full time. Our final offer to you will be set up fairly, considering the skills and experience that you bring to the Swiss Re Group. You can look forward to extra rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based bonus.

Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with our US colleagues and who wants to take ownership of our US portfolio. The working time is latest until 23:00 CET. This is the opportunity for you to work in the dynamic international environment with people from other countries and cultures. You will closely collaborate with recruiters, vendors, agencies, managers and candidates. One of the goals of the team is to provide exceptional and positive interview experience for all parties.

Therefore we all work together on the following tasks:
- Scheduling different types of interviews which include coordination of the participant's agenda, booking the rooms as well as processing travel costs of our candidates
- Daily communication with colleagues from abroad to make sure the recruitment process runs smoothly
- Creating and opening the vacant positions in the system and handling them until the right talent is found
- Finding opportunities for improving candidate's experience
- Posting the jobs on foreign career pages
- Possibility of joining available HR Projects

About the Team

HR Recruiting Services team is a part of the HR Solutions Centre in Bratislava. The team consists of dynamic people with strong team spirit. Together we support recruiters, hiring managers and applicants during the whole recruitment process in locations throughout EMEA and US region on two working shifts EU & US time. We all collaborate closely together to achieve high client satisfaction and secure pleasant recruiting experience.

Requirements for the employee
