Job description, responsibilities and duties

About the Role

We are looking for people who possess an entrepreneurial spirit and a visionary mindset with an ability to tackle complex problems in an analytical and structured manner.
You will partner across our organization to build awareness, identify and assess opportunities and solve the latest technological challenges. You will explore innovative ways to solve business problems through business analysis, rigorous prototyping and testing, inspire people to embrace change as well as help us shape the future of our business.

You will create impact by:
- Identifying trends and opportunities in the industry
- Working strategically as well as conceptually to solve the latest challenges clients face
- Building prototypes that can derive future business value
- Exploring use cases based on the requirements collected from the business users and developing and testing solutions that address business needs
- Acting as the conduit between the Employee Workplace and partner organizations and businesses within Swiss Re to identify synergies and bring the expertise in to develop potential solutions
- Collaborating with various workstreams and clients from the very beginning and guiding them through analysis, planning up to the execution of client workshops
- Having a joint responsibility for project deliverables together with the SCRUM team

- You have a solid understanding/experience using Microsoft 365 tools
- You are fluent English speaker.
