We foster great open culture with a focus on people, and we are looking for a team leader to join our Recruitment Services Team to take over a lead of one of the teams in the EMEA Recruitment section.
You will join our modern Bratislava office and will provide leadership, direction and prioritisation for HR Recruiting Services team (all based in Bratislava).
This is a rare opportunity to join a team which runs innovative recruiting model and learn more about HR.

Your main responsibilities will be:
- Ensure high quality and timely business support the team provides to Hiring Managers and Recruitment Advisors
- Motivate, coach and develop the team members in accordance with the set of goals and objectives determined by the business coordination department
- Recognise and acknowledge the skills of team members, help them understand their growth areas and build on their strengths and vision
- Improve client management and ensure effective resource allocation
- Analyse and improve the performance of the team / individuals according to the metrics and focus on excellence in the overall team service
- Improve the team collaboration within EMEA partners and with other functions within Bratislava

About the Team

Firstly, we are one team!
You will assume the responsibility for leading a dynamic, multinational and highly engaged team of up to 15 people who support EMEA recruiters.
The team primarily supports recruitment advisors, HR partners, hiring managers and candidates in all tasks that relate to the interview coordination for various Swiss Re EMEA locations, such as organising interviews, applicants' correspondence, reimbursements processing, job postings and is responsible for accurate interview process. The team holds SMEs for additional recruiting related activities such as qualitative phone screening, active candidate sourcing and handling job requisitions
Together with Recruitment Advisory team, we strive to improve our recruitment knowledge, develop professionally and provide excellent service to our clients.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

About You

- Min. 2+ years leadership experience is needed to succeed in this role
- Willingness and ability to take personal ownership for day-to-day responsibilities and work without close supervision (why micro-managing you?)
- Effective communication skills and leadership skills: ability to encourage, motivate, develop and lead a team, provide the constructive feedback is a must and important for people development
- Effective organisational and time management skills; ability to handle multiple priorities
- Ability to build and foster an inspiring team environment with open communication and feedback culture
- Strong interpersonal skills for working internally across departments
- Decision-making skills & ability to manage issues and conflicts
- Strong customer focus, service orientation and customer centricity is the key
- Language skills: very good professional level of English and any other European language is an advantage
