Job description, responsibilities and duties

As Procurement Operation Agent, you'll join a dynamic and diverse team worldwide, including France, Italy, Argentina, and more. In this role you will help us develop strong relationships with our German-speaking client stakeholders and will be responsible for day-to-day operations and communication through our Procurement Service Center.

•Develop client relationships and guide client employees on the next steps
•Guidance of Stakeholders on the proper procurement process
•Facilitate Procurement process to ensure correct and efficient transaction flow of internal orders
•Ensure company business controls are adhered to and facilitate a defined system of transparency client established criteria and policies are followed
•Ensure that operational processes and program meets agreed upon customer expectations
•Work with the global delivery team in terms of reporting and client challenges
•Effectively interface with internal stakeholders and procurement buyers
•Meeting targets as per SLA & adherence to process Compliance

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

German - Upper intermediate (B2) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)

The position is suitable for a fresh graduate


Personality requirements and skills

•German language on an advanced level (B2)
•English language on an advanced level (B2)
•Very good communication skills – the ability to build relationships.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•Proven ability-built trust and communicates with stakeholders and the Customer side.
