Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for someone who is passionate about learning new things, eager to develop strong relationships with our French-speaking client stakeholders. The candidate will join our EMEA Procurement team, responsible for day-to-day operations and communication through our Procurement Service Center

•Develop client relationships and guide client employees on the next steps
•Guidance of Stakeholders on the proper procurement process
•Facilitate Procurement process to ensure correct and efficient transaction flow of internal orders
•Ensure company business controls are adhered to and facilitate a defined system of transparency client established criteria and policies are followed
•Ensure that operational processes and program meets agreed upon customer expectations
•Work with the global delivery team in terms of reporting and client challenges
•Effectively interface with internal stakeholders and procurement buyers
•Meeting targets as per SLA & adherence to process Compliance

French - Upper intermediate (B2) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)

•Very good communication skills – the ability to build relationships.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•Proven ability-built trust and communicates with stakeholders and the Customer side.
