Are you fluent in French and English language and looking for a new challenge in your professional life?
We are currently looking for a Operation Agent with french language who will be responsible for managing the administrative tasks such as end-to-end administrative management of the supplier onboarding process, which consist mainly of drafting initial agreements leveraging existing templates, validation of paperwork, reporting and engaging to the Contract Managers all on behalf of our client.
This is a great opportunity to gain new experience and knowledge with the full training process.
Responsibilities:
•Review and assess initial requirement from our client.
•Prepare onboarding paperwork package, leveraging existing contract templates.
•Have introductory phone call with suppliers to explain them the contractual requirements and clarify any doubts.
•Engage Contract Management Team whenever Suppliers have conflict with any terms and conditions
•Organize meetings with Suppliers and Contract Managers to discuss terms and conditions.
•Validate all paperwork received from Suppliers.
•Store and maintain all onboarding paperwork in the current repository.
•Actively manage Supplier Onboarding Database to guarantee data accuracy for reporting purposes.
