Procurement Operation Agent with German language

We are looking for someone who is passionate about learning new things, eager to develop strong relationships with our German-speaking client stakeholders. Candidate will join our EMEA Procurement team, responsible for day-to-day operations and communication through our Procurement Service Center

Responsibilities
Develop client relationships and guide client employees on the next steps
Guidance of Stakeholders on proper procurement process
Facilitate Procurement process to ensure correct and efficient transaction flow of internal orders
Ensure company business controls are adhered to and facilitate a defined system of transparency client established criteria and policies are followed
Ensure that operational processes and program meets agreed upon customer expectations
Work with global delivery team in terms of reporting and client challenges
Effectively interface with internal stakeholders and procurement buyers
Meeting targets as per SLA & adherence to process Compliance
