Job description, responsibilities and duties

At Sudolabs, we are looking for an experienced recruiter to help us grow. Ideally, someone who has experience working within IT recruiting. We would welcome an open personality who is aware of what does the world of IT recruitment contain. Do you have a sense of IT talent? Great! Please bring it up with you. Plus do not forget about human touch and understanding of what working with people means. Currently, we are facing a challenging, fast-moving candidate-driven market thus you should be prepared to keep up with the pace. But no worries! We will make sure you have everything you need to do your job the way you like. If you want to move your career to the next level, you are not afraid of HR agenda and you don´t want your potential to be stuck in reverse then this is the job for you.

Objectives of this Role:

- Source all levels, highly specialist IT candidates using various sources such as databases, internet recruiting resources, networking, job fairs, media advertisements, or employee referrals
- Screen and interview candidates to ensure we put forward the best quality candidates to our team
- Write and post technical job descriptions in cooperation with our marketing team
- Compose job offer letters
- Onboard new hire
- Improves internal hiring environment by recommending new ideas and practices, monitoring job offers and compensation practices, emphasizing benefits and perks
- Coordinate with team leaders to forecast our goals and hiring needs
- Maintains contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technological trends
- Network online and offline with potential candidates to promote Sudolabs and ensure we attract the best professionals

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

- Proven work experience in recruitment - ideally as a Technical Recruiter
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. Teams, Zoom, Google Hangouts)
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
- Experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to source quality candidates

Nice to have:

- Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
- BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant degree
