Job description, responsibilities and duties

In Solargis, our mission is to accelerate the growth of solar energy, and thus contribute to speeding up the transition to a cleaner world. We are doing this by providing technical insights and knowledge to optimise development and operation of solar power plants. Our end-to-end solution combines reliable meteorological data, software, and consultancy services, and is transforming how the solar industry evaluates solar projects.
To continue offering excellent support to our customers, we need to grow our customer-facing teams. We are hiring a Customer Support Specialist, who can quickly adapt to customer needs to deliver a human and consultative support experience. The position requires creative problem-solving and excellent communication skills.

In this role, you’ll get to:
● Develop good knowledge of how the solar industry operates and learn about both technical and non-technical aspects of solar technology
● Onboard and educate new customers. Teach new users how to use our services effectively. Take ownership of resources such as knowledge base, how-to-articles, white papers, product webinars, etc.
● Maintain proactive, regular contact with assigned customer accounts to maximise their success throughout the customer life cycle.
● Resolve both technical and non-technical issues that our customers face. Be eager to diagnose data, software and methodology issues. When necessary, report issues to relevant engineering teams using established processes and follow up for their timely resolution.
● Collaborate with sales team to identify opportunities for existing customers to benefit from more of our services
● Contribute to product road map and design decisions by being the “voice of the customer”.

Information about the selection process
