Job description, responsibilities and duties

S/he provides technical implementation of project and service contracts in the field of information system management for the needs of the company's customers. Mainly ensures system availability, optimized system performance and minimizes downtime. System Specialist performs customer service as needed.

Installation, configuration, and management of end network devices
Diagnosis and troubleshooting of system failures
Testing of HW components and peripherals
Perform customer service interventions
Consultation with the customer and telephone and e-mail support
Fulfilling the supervisor's instructions related to the nature of the job
