Domain Expert _ IT Coordinator Specialist

#PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:#
Support the Senior Domain Expert (SDE) with background analysis, issue coordination, action tracking and development of background documents and presentations such as communication materials. Partner with various groups in One IT (project portfolio management, IT operations, architecture, etc.) as well as with the business as required. The role will aid the SDE in developing strong partnership with business managers and becoming a trusted consultant on issues of digital transformation, process automation, and optimal use of the IT services portfolio to drive bottom line value.

#As a Domain Expert _ IT Coordinator Specialist your job will be:#
*Business analysis and action/issue tracking to aid the SDE in providing high standard client service to domain business partners,
*Facilitate preparations for IT Service reviews with the Business,
*Do background research and analysis in the context of developing IT strategies and roadmaps for the domain,
*Support the development of business cases and technical writing of project proposals, in cooperation with business and IT,
*Support planning and implementation processes (annual investment plan, resource planning, forecasting, individual project proposals, procurement plans, and project execution) for accepted demands.
#What do we expect?#
*University degree with specialization in a relevant business or IT domain,
*Minimum 4 years professional experience,
*Experiences in international, multinational environment,
*Microsoft Office and collaboration tools,
*User level knowledge of domain specific applications,
*Ability to communicate well in English and Slovakian, verbally and in written form,
*Self-driven, detail-oriented, capable of multi-tasking,
*Highly organized, with excellent time management skills,
*Drivers license.
