  • Place of work: Velgen, Hanstedt, Germany (Job with occasional home office)
  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 1 EUR/hour50.000,00€/p.a. up to 60.000,00€/p.a., depending on your experience
  • Contract type: full-time

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Carrying out cross-channel customer data analyses (integration of analysis data online, print, stores) and recommendations for further development of the customer journey
• Creation of analyses, reports and dashboards based on multiple data sources
• Development of personalized and automated new customer, activation- and retention measures to optimize the omni-channel customer journey
• Further development of the CRM omni-channel control and its specifications based on KPIs and evaluations (online, mobile, print, retail, other media)
• Development of customer segmentations based on defined analysis requirements and their evaluation
• Further development of efficient control methods and scoring for all channels, including print
• Carrying out analyses and evaluations of customer behavior and assortment buying behavior
• Definition and evaluation of A/B tests with a focus on omni-channel controlling
• Support of the MK colleagues with operational analytical questions
• Support in the operational implementation of the CRM and marketing campaigns (focus on newsletters) by using the corresponding marketing tools

economics or business informatics or mathematics with a marketing background

Personality requirements and skills

• Approximately 2-3 years of experience in analytics and customer insights, ideally multi-channel or e-commerce
• Excellent analytical skills combined with a clear view of customer issues and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics
• high affinity for numbers
• Ideally, initial experience in CRM and planning and creation of campaigns
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to work in a responsible and independent way
• Good knowledge of SQL and experience with online analysis tools (e.g. Econda)
• Experience in the visualization of KPIs using BI tools (e.g. Tableau)
• Safe handling of Microsoft Office tools, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English - English is working language, German would be an asset
