Job description, responsibilities and duties

What will be your job

  • Articulate and implement strategic vision of Procuremen function
  • Develop protocols that lead to enhanced efficiency and acceptable risk management
  • Create procurement strategies for all key comodities (technology, IT, B2B, marketing and indirect) for Czech Republic and Slovakia
  • Collaborate with senior level stakeholders to execute sourcing project supporting company strategic targets
  • Prepare and negociate contract solely and together with group organization (BuyIn)
  • Ensure simplified and effective operating model
  • Monitor industry trends in area of procured comomodities, procurement processes and development on local and global markets
  • Monitor new technologies in order to bring innovative approaches to procurement strategies and procurement operation
  • Establih and develop effective team of proffessionals to deliver high level quality support to organization requirements

What do we expect from you

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in managerial position in area of procurement
  • Proven experience in leadership roles in Procurement of large multinational organizations
  • Experience in complex environment and large spend
  • Demonstrated understanding of Telco business and technologies
  • Strong analytical skills to asses and interpret multiple source of information
  • Ability to lead and inspire high performing teams
  • Strong stakeholder management to be able to create stable and effective relationships
