Job description, responsibilities and duties

At Slido, we are on the path to transform how meetings and events are run around the world. Building a world-class team is paramount. As we are in a growth mode, your job will be to find, engage, and hire the best talent for Slido.

What you’ll do:

- Recruit great talent from around the world
- Be the first point of contact for people applying to shape their whole candidate experience
- Pre-screen candidates by reviewing their profiles and leading phone interviews
- Manage our internal database of candidates
- Work closely with our experienced recruiters, from whom you will be able to learn a lot during your studies
- Attract talent through active sourcing; referrals; social media; campaigns, events; and any other creative concepts that come to mind

University student

Personality requirements and skills

- University student (preferably Psychology or Business related field)
- Experience in recruitment or in a similar area is a big plus
- Flexibility to work 20 hours/week
- Strong verbal and written communication in English
- Passionate about the difference you can make and always willing to roll up your sleeves
- Desire to work on real, high impact projects and learn new things fast
- You already worked on some interesting school and extracurricular projects
