Job description, responsibilities and duties

Job purpose:
The Power BI and Reporting analyst ensures standard processes for Consumer Global Logistics (GL) in the area of system integrity, data quality and performance reporting. The main responsibilities cover KPI definition, standard reports and dashboards generation across GL.

Key responsibilities:
Liaise with process owners to ensure understanding of data impacts to process and that the right solutions are implemented fit-for-purpose with respect to data correction, management, and reporting.
Measure and reports Logistics Partner’s performance according to the agreed KPI’s
Monthly dashboard for management reporting
Support GL in defining business objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that are in harmony with the organization’s strategic goals.
Business Unit complex requirements for various reports from different areas
KPI management and maintenance (KPI definitions, methodologies, change management)
Power BI reports creation based on requirements and business needs across GL functions
Presentations preparation for various governance meetings
Maintaining records, updating databases, data consistency and quality

The position requires attendance in Levice site at least once a week.
