Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Leading and management of the team of analysts, developers, and testers (located in Prague and Bratislava)
• Steering and continuously improving the IT areas - Demand management, Testing, Release & deployment management, Documentation, Architecture & Environments, Security
• Cooperation with CEE regional infrastructure, architecture & security teams
• Cooperation with local PMO and business colleagues - active participation on project roadmap definition and its steering
• Vendor management – both external partners and group teams
• Resource management and allocation
• Budgeting and budget spend tracking
• Management of working groups
• Management and reporting of key initiatives

Personality requirements and skills

• Open minded person with strong customer orientation
• 3+ years of professional experience as IT team leader, IT delivery manager, Scrum Master, or Senior business analyst in international or multicultural environments
• Experienced in agile methodologies
• Knowledge of SQL, XML, REST API / web services in general
• Used to work in enterprise environment
• Financial and project management skills
• Great intellectual agility and ability to deal with multiple topics in parallel
• Rigor in organization, formalization, and planning
• Strong appetite in service delivery and end-user experience
• Solution oriented
• Excellent interpersonal relationship ability and end user communication
• Enthusiasm and dynamism
