Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are hiring a ServiceNow Architect / Lead Developer to provide professional services to lead implementation of the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery module of a cross-functional platform to support the needs of the internal client. The position will require working with stakeholders locally and virtually, conducting workshops and trainings during the implementation, User Acceptance Testing and Go-Live post implementation services.
Job Responsibilities:
• Lead and deliver requirements, scoping and design workshops, ensuring architecture and solution are well documented. Drive implementation projects and coordinate rollouts through completion.
• Work closely with on-shore, near-shore and off-shore teams on coordination of monthly releases and implementation.
• Researches technical issues using web sites, vendor support procedures and other troubleshooting methods.
• Consult stakeholders on industry and ServiceNow best practices.
• Lead workshops to gather business/technical user stories.
• Prepare internal deliverables that are technology related.
• Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences.
• Coordinate and solve complex technical data and transformation issues.
• Service Catalog structuring and Widget development.
• Scoped Application Development.
• Provide appropriate IT associates with technical training, support and secondary documentation for ServiceNow applications.
• Maintain a current knowledge of ServiceNow product offerings and other supporting technologies.
• Completes all responsibilities as outlined as part of the performance expectation.
• Completes all special projects and other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

Requirement:
• Broad knowledge of ServiceNow, in particular the HRSD module and ideally Employee Service Center.
• Lead all functional and technical aspects of solution delivery including application UI configuration, workflow configuration, development of required specific reporting
• Interface with global ServiceNow technical teams to successfully implement and support the Enterprise Service Management platform.
• Prepare and implement all deliverables for processes and workflow design
• Candidate must be able to handle a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Minimum 8 years of experience as a key technical resource leading the development of solutions in client or internal environments. Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow experience.
• Demonstrated experience in technical consulting roles and client facing.
• Proficiency with web API’s, Data Integrations/ETL, Relational Databases.
• Quick learner that enjoys working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field.
• Self-directed and able to manage changing priorities.
• Expertise in complex integration development (SSO, LDAP, REST/SOAP Web Services, JDBC connections)
• Capable of successfully managing business relationships and strong in communication.
• Excellent understanding of emerging service delivery solutions, technologies, and methodologies.
Certification:
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (Required*)
• Certified Implementation Specialist HR Service Delivery (Required*)
• ServiceNow Micro Certification – IntegrationHub (Preferred)
• ServiceNow Micro-Certification – Virtual Agent (Preferred)
