IT Application Compliance Management Professional

Overview
Within the GDC organization, as an IT Application Compliance Management Professional you will be responsible to take control of assigned applications in terms of application compliance topics.

Tasks and Responsibilities
• You are the end2end responsible for compliance fulfillment for the given application
• You are the contact person for the owner organization on all compliance as well as data privacy and Operational Manual questions
• You help to establish the Application manager role within the owning business and help to identify the proper candidate for this role
• You help to understand the Application manager his roles and responsibilities in terms of IT application compliance and aid him/her on fulfillment of the compliance requirements
• You manage the IT Compliance tab in SHARP service management tool in cooperation with the Application manager
• You provide consultancy to Application manager and work on his/her behalf on IT application compliance topic fulfillments, based upon the level of services required by owning business (ITCCS, HDPR, Operational manual, …)
• You are responsible in creating an estimation on saved hours for the business.

Education, Experience and Knowledge/Skills

Education:
• Preferably you hold a university degree in information technology, computer science or in a related field

Preferred technical Skills:
• You are knowledgeable on internal Siemens Healthineers processes in terms of IT Application compliance topics as well as IT Application Quality Management topics
• You are familiar and knowledgeable on ITCCS, HDP Register and Operational Manual topics, ideally you have successfully finalized these topics for multiple applications already
• You are experienced with various information technology areas (e.g., Software as a Service, Public Clouds, etc.).
• ITIL certification is a plus

Non-Technical Skills:
• With your analytical and structured approach, you end2end manage the Application manager through the Application compliance journey
• You have high customer orientation and analytical skills which both helps you to identify, discuss, and clarify compliance requirements together with all involved stakeholders
• You are a team player and your ability to discuss relevant business topics in English are the basis for efficient and appropriate communication with colleagues and partners around the globe
• You can simplify complex situations to effectively analyze, answer and document data privacy and application cybersecurity topics
• German language is welcome
