Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a senior back-end developer for a project creating cloud based repository of 3D building architecture plans. You will be working with cutting edge technologies in a scrum team which closely collaborates with teams in Switzerland and Germany on a solution intended to manage portfolio of architectural plans of buildings equipped with Siemens devices. Our goal is to implement highly scalable solution with attractive look & feel which will be used across the world by our external customers – building developers and our colleagues at Siemens.

In this role you will be responsible for:
• Analysis, design and implementation using node.js or higher order programming languages (Java)
• Implementation of unit tests for your code
• Document your design and code
• Participate on scrum events – daily stand-up, sprint review, demo, retrospective
• Communicating with product management and team members from other teams about interfaces and dependencies

Mandatory skills:
• Object oriented analysis, design and implementation
• Knowledge of design patterns
• Experience with programming in object-oriented programming language (Java, C#, typescript)
