Master Data Clerk with German/French

Your profile:

• Completed high school and ideally initial relevant professional experience
• Professional English (at least level B2) AND German or French (at least level B1) language skills is must have
• Technical expertise in dealing with Windows 10 and Microsoft Applications
• Knowledge of Ariba (SLP) Onboarding and Qualification processes is an advantage
• Social competence towards the team and our business partners

Your responsibilities:

• One of your main tasks is collect relevant onboarding questionnaires and CAPS (based on triggers in request /supplier answers)
• Furthermore, you will perform central checks in Ariba, MDG etc. (Damex, BP check, duplicate, supplier feedback, etc.)
• Data enhancements and data correctness goes in hand with changing data and uploading of documents in Ariba
• You will provide direct support for coordinators and support via ticket for buyers
• Moreover, you will contact suppliers, buyers, and other internal stakeholders (incl. clarifications, reminders and escalations)
• Providing reports on demand and regular feedback to procurement coordinator
