Your profile

  • The foundation of your success is university degree in Financial or Economics.
  • Proven experience in audit (internal/ external), controlling and accounting.
  • You have a sound manufacturing process knowledge and general manufacturing knowledge.
  • You are self-driven, open minded and result oriented person.
  • This position requires proficient English language skills.

Your responsibilities

  • Drive a harmonization of processes throughout our partners within central and eastern Europe (CEE)
  • Ensures processes to meet relevant internal and legal regulations and assure that risks defined by HQ are covered by controls.
  • Supports and controls responsible Accounting members with regard to completeness and relevance of risk registers, clear assignment of responsibilities and appropriateness/follow-up of mitigation measures
  • Supervises effectiveness of RIC ad hoc process.
  • Supports further development of RIC methodology.
  • Close cooperation with RIC officers across CEE to ensure harmonization of RIC processes
  • Supports RIC officers when deficiency is identified by Accounting members or Internal Audit during annual internal audit and recommends measures of remediation
  • Supports RIC officers during external audit
  • Participation on special projects like M&A transactions, IT implementation, process optimization

Salary: From 1800 € brutto/month + variable bonus
