Customer Operations Specialist (Hybrid way of working)

  • Place of work: Bratislava
  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 1 300 EUR/monthStarting from 1300€. Our offer will depend on the experience and seniority of the final candidate.
  • Contract type: full-time

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• provides back-office business support to internal/external customers,
• provides first level support related to issuing and acquiring services and functionalities, regular BO activities and controls
• monitors daily processing on related platforms and cooperates in the analysis of operating problems connected to the services supplied,
• responsible for security and EMV data process
• Keys and IPK certifications management
• proactively cooperates and communicates with other relevant structures to solve the more complex problems,
• collaborates with structures concerned in the test and service launch phases, participating in the start-up of new customers, or setups of requested changes in the production environment,
• collaborates in the definition of non-functional requirements necessary for the activities within its competence for new projects or evolutionary maintenance,
• creates and updates internal operating/statistical documentation of the services and procedures,

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Slovak - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• English language (writing) - advanced
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) – advanced
• WinSCP/Total Commander – basic user skills
• Good interpersonal skills and teamwork capabilities
• Proactive, self-driven and results-driven personality
• Ability to deal with uncertainty and accepting challenges
• Candidate must be compliant with PCI and SIA Security rules to be able to work with highly confidential data
• Experience with payments industry, EMV chip data prep, card personalization, banking industry - advantage
• Experience with PLSQL Developer, UNIX - advantage
• Understanding of cryptology, keys management - advantage
