Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for Legal Specialist with passion for law, ready to join our company and support our business while gaining a unique experience in an international company focusing on payment processing services.
Job responsibility:
• Provide consulting and support to internal functions on various of legal matters – in particular, provide HR and Procurement advise to SIA’s Bratislava based Compliance, HR and Procurement organizations.
• Advise on corporate law aspects and function as a contact person for governmental authorities.
• Handle engagement of outside counsel under the direction of SIA’s Senior Counsel CEE
• Handle customer contract and engagements for Slovak and Czech customers in the area of IT and payment processing outsourcing.
• Provide advice on regulatory matters relating to Slovak and European regulations in the area of payment services and outsourcing.
• Support SIA’s Senior Counsel CEE in drafting and negotiating large scale outsourcing agreements on regional level in CEE.
• Function as focal contact point for Slovak law related inquiries within SIA’s Legal Department.
