Customer Service Specialist with Serbian language

Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Individually coordinates, ensures and is responsible for complete processing, and fulfilling customer orders on goods from assigned customers
- Responsible for the correctness of data in the system in accordance with conditions of commercial contracts
- Maintains a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Understands business drivers & needs. Able to apply them to own area of responsibility to improve organizational performance and efficiency
- Teams-up with KAMs and supports them with creating forecasts and entering promotions in ERP system (enterprise resource planning system)
- Ensures inspection and completion of documents for product shipment and ensures record-keeping (electronic)
- Helps coordinates product delivery form production to the customer

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University student

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) or Serbian - Upper intermediate (B2) or Croatian - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Excel - Advanced

- Previous working experiences in customer service is an advantage
