  • Place of work: Bratislava
  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: From 2 800 EUR/monthSalary from 2800 EUR gross / monthly. A specific job offer will be depending on the offered job level, your professional and technical skills and knowledge, education and work experience.

Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Ensure project methodologies, project delivery processes, and implementation of project management processes. This includes managing and driving of Project Schedule Risk and Issue Management;
- Be responsible for Scope Change Management, Project Portfolio Management, Vendor management;
- Manage the project budget, this includes understanding and validating estimates, cost variance tracking, managing project resources effectively as well as understanding and knowledge of Project Management Fundamentals and financial management;
- Provide clear and concise project communication, both written and verbal;
- Facilitate/manage project communications and stakeholder and project team expectations;
- Be responsible for assembling project team, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing schedule to ensure timely completion of project.

Personality requirements and skills

- English language speaking, understanding and writing at minumum level B2 (Independent user);
- Minimum 4 years progressive project management experience, including medium large-scale projects;
- Proven success in delivering projects within budget and specified timeframes, while ensuring customer satisfaction;
- Ability to plan & prioritise, ensuring that all critical deadlines are met;
- Capacity to embrace change and quickly adapt to the new situations, ability to respond quickly to changing priorities;
- Ability to handle multiple projects and assignments;
- Strong interpersonal skills including collaborating and team;
- Ability to show initiative, self-motivation and innovation;
- A highly analytical and logical approach to work;
- Ability to understand and challenge expert opinions;
- IT Project management experience;
