Job description, responsibilities and duties

MISSIONS / REALIZATIONS:
*intiate Lessons Learned with Plant and share it with designers within Project Team from arrival on the Project ( between JEP and JST )
* bring thoses Lessons Learned and technical experience into Hot Housing (parts robustness, definition of requirement for suppliers …,
* make sure that Lessons Learned are followed up with design : put in place related KPI, trigger escalation on issues…
* bring his experience to the table when design gauge, control tools …
* give Quality assesment in the Packaging validation process.

* Implement and animate with related designer GSF workgroup to make synthesis of Quality convergence for the perimeter from Industrial phase ( REV )
- synthesis of defects measurement ( DVX, IQX … )
- support analysis of defects between Plant team and designers. Shared situation around the car, common analysis of defects…
- guide and priorize the solving of defects with designers.
- report on a regular basis with design team the situation on Quality convergence at Projet and Plant top Management level.

* make sure of proper quality measurement on his perimeter ( control referential, training, naming of defect in QUALIF system … )

* make sure of implementation of specific tools linked to activities of his perimeter ( control equipement, rework tools, test bench update and tuning … ) in the Plant.


*Implement the APQP/PPAP process for Quality Department for the parts in his perimeter from Tooling Kick Off JRO :
- make first evaluation of key points in the grids
- give feedback and make improvement with designers with help of RMIQ and RQP
- take part in Supplier visit, TOP 14 evaluation, validation of control tools …
- train and support the technicians in charge of final PPAP grid evaluation for Quality Engineering to make sure of global level of expectancy.

*In the process of coordination of Defects and Assembling issues, from VRS phase :
- take part in shared assesment of defects with Manufacturing team and TSQ ( after Diamond 1 to 3 checked by Manufacturing )
- support TSQ into part conformity analysis and monitor follow-up of non-conformity solving ( Diamond 4 )
- follow up on ISSUE PLM solving by design team during the coordination of its work group ( Diamond 5 to 7 )

COORDINATION / ESCALATION
He is the coordinator of his work group with Designers as Pilot of actions.
He presents the advancement of his workgroup and escalates roadblocks at top Management Level (Plant Director, Project Chief Engineer) from industrial phase.

He takes part in RPO (daily/weekly) of RMIQ. ( he’s in charge of KPI on PPAP, parts quotation , … )
From EL phase, he takes part / go back to the Quality Engineering coordination of his perimeter to bring the dedicated Project KPI

TRAINING
He is in charge of intial training of serial life team for his perimeter (investigation and rework , control, Quality Engineering technicians… ) in particular for item related to the new product.

• Necessary applications, such as CATIA, PLM and the Office pack, can be completed.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

- Knowledge of geometry of vehicles / interior / exterior part
- Knowledge of Project and Serial Life Quality organization
- Ideally comes from either design team or Quality Engineering team where he previously was at least a technician.
- Transversal management & communication skills
- Capacity to synthetise a global overview of its perimeter
- English speaking (technical & management language , bright test 3)
