Job description, responsibilities and duties

To animate the convergence of the finished Vehicles quality indicators concerning the functional (DPVF) or aspect (DPVA).

in behalf of Convergence DPVf or A Pilot, will have to Animate the convergence of the Functional (DPVF and Water Leaks) or Aspect (DPVA) quality indicators

He will be the key contact with actors in charge of vehicles DPVx measurements (Customer Experience, Quality in Use , Functional or Aspect detection on dynamic/static vehicle use) in order to identify DPVx, and confirm DPVx
- To update the TITAN data base (defects detected, photographs to understand the defect…)
- he will have to ensure the correct organisation of defects DPVA or DPVF restitution (town all) to the actors of the project and to ensure the link with the DVx and Core IQx.
- he will have for each DPVa or D¨PVf to ensure shared detailed fact and receive a commitment from stakeholder(s)
- he will have to set up the “logistic” organization (agenda, dedicated place, identification number of the vehicle(s)) which will allow defects analysis seen on cars.
- he will have to sort out and ensure proper allocation to stakeholder(s) (meta technical function, assembly, logistic…..)
- he will have to monitor the KPI DPVa or DPV f convergence on a daily base, update the KPI and communicate it.
- he will have to describe accurately the defect in TITAN and automatically create an ISSUE for each DPVa or DPVf
-he will have to collect the forecast solution date of each DPVa or DPVf using the ECR Id, and will have to crossmatch with detection planning in order to build the forecast DPVa or f curve.

- The FUNCTIONAL or ASPECT QUALITY CONVERGENCE pilot is responsible of :
- parameter setting in TITAN
- to build a relevant DPVa or DPFv convergence curve , with check from Convergence pilot
- Update in real time of the TITAN data base
- communicate on a daily or weekly base Highlights and hard points on its perimeter

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Experience in the position/sector


Personality requirements and skills

- Knowledge of the operational processes of project management/Quality field, in particular of the DPVA and DPVF
Necessary knowledge related to the realization of the mission, the fundamental ones:
- Analysis and Synthesis
- Meeting Animation
- Rigour
- Knowledge of the computer tools: office tools
- Tool for piloting of the treatment of quality convergence (TITAN), Tool for piloting of the treatment of anomalies (PLM Issue)
- Language: English
