Job description, responsibilities and duties

The candidate will work on a new vehicle program for a famous car manufacturer in Trnava.

For the duration of the project:
* 5 Establish weekly reporting (highlights), monthly and associated analysis
* 6 Qualification of the internal manufacturing process, (risky and standard processes):
Set up qualification groups and organize initialization and follow-up meetings
Participate in steering committees and present intermediate and final results
Validate the final qualification report
* 8 Animate the information of the APQP grids, the internal reminders, or to the suppliers and cross the milestones on the defined dates
For the pre-RO phase of the project:
* 1 Ensure the treatment of subjects at risk in design; Participation / Management in Business Risk Raising Plans (new material, new technology, new process,...)
* 2 Animate the convergence of Geometric Technical Specifications (tolerancing) in the design phase and the industrialization phase (Derogation Process) and guarantee the application of RTs and the intersection of Tolerances of non-RT parts (CPC, Referential, CTF, and IT)
* 3.1 - Optimization of the number of CTF per part and overall Project Animate the convergence of FTCs (in the design and industrialization phase) both for coins minted internally and those entrusted to suppliers; Validate the Best Fit scope (parts and CTF, priority and non-priority);
* 4.1 - En the design phase, build a synthesis of the Quality of the project representative and robust aspect is given milestones; alert on complex points and malfunctions,
For the post-RO phase of the project:
3.2 - Manage the geometric convergence of parts
4.1 - En the industrialization phase, build a synthesis Quality of the project geometry representative and robust given the milestones; alert on complex points and malfunctions,
4.2 - Organize the demerit aspect: Lead the implementation of the exhaustive demerit (AQS) and convergence Aspect;
4.3 - Piloting AQI convergence in the industrialization phase
* Apply the PQG (Validation of MAP, Strike Agreement, Delivery Agreement) => and Shared Findings with Ferrage
* Participate in the restitution of demerits IQA and DVT project and report within CEMB
4.4 - Organize customer protection (retouching):
Define and initiate the necessary appearance and geometry retouching
Verification of the correct completion of the planned alterations
7.1 - Animate and contribute to the progressive qualification of industrial processes
7.2 - Ensure the validation of control ranges and control models:
7.3: Ensure the deployment of Internal Parts Monitoring Plans
