  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 5 EUR/hour

  • Contract type: part-time

Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Daily administrative tasks
- Preparation and completion of documents & presentations
- Preparation of tasks such as job announcements, schedule of interviews, etc.
- Communication with candidates
- Communication, Telephone handling (in SK and ENG language)
- Occasional communication with a potential customer
- And other necessary assistant tasks

-Place of work during a pandemic:
90% work from a home office
10% in office work from an office in Trnava / ability to occasionally come to Trencin and pick up documents or tasks -> Up to 1-hour travel to Trnava / Trencin so your location within the following districts TT, PN, NM, TN, IL, NR, BA, etc. is desirable.
-Place of work after pandemic:
More frequent work in the office in Trnava combined with home office, by agreement

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

Slovak - Proficiency (C2) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Office - advanced

Number of years of experience


The position is suitable for a fresh graduate


Personality requirements and skills

-Advanced level of English language (min. B2 in oral and writing)
-Work experience in a similar position is an advantage
-Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
-Very good communication skills
-Reliability & attention to detail
-Open-minded with the capability to work independently and also in a team
-Ability to work at least 2-3 days per week, and occasionally available in the afternoon/evening depending on the workload.
