Job description, responsibilities and duties

Secop s.r.o. Slovakia Zlaté Moravce is manufacturer of hermetic compressors looking for SCM Global Electronics Planner- Specialist to be based in Zlatá Moravce, Slovakia.

The individual is handling assigned tasks and will be responsible for global electronics material planning for Secop Group, supporting corporate function in Germany.
The SCM Global Electronics Planner – Specialist is required to have a broad competency of value analysis, project management, planning, performance improvement and strategic sourcing.
Acts as a key person / project manager from Supply Chain taking over new products development projects together with the respective project managers from R&D and drive them together to mass production. Ensuring all Supply Chain activities for a smooth and on schedule launch of the product.
Is responsible for collecting the necessary data and will use the information system within the organization to prepare reports and propose solutions.

Responsibilities:
• Works effectively in multi-disciplinary team environment to determine the methods by which the required data can be efficiently processed and collected.
• Produce intermediate supply chain reports and analyses for presentation to Executive leadership as requested by management as necessary for weekly / monthly executive updates.
• Analysis and preparation of Procurement, Sales & Inventory status
• Trace Order fulfillment vs demand situation on supplier, customer and product level
• Creation of various evaluations and reports as well as its visualization and communication
• Determination of plan / actual deviations, gaps identification and make them transparent
• Attend designated project meetings, work on assigned projects, provide support and suggest process improvement tools and techniques, as applicable to improve processes.
• Follow up with responsible parties via written and verbal communications to keep plans updated and on schedule.
• Utilizes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook to provide reports and data as needed
to accomplish various projects.
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements:
• Microsoft Office
• University degree
• Fluent English Language

Preferred Skills:
• ERP System (SAP or Oracle)

Secop is the expert in advanced compressor technologies and manufactures hermetic compressors for household applications used in refrigerators and freezers, light commercial applications and compressors for mobile applications. There are 3 production plants worldwide. The plant in Zlaté Moravce, Slovakia, founded in 2001 under the name of Danfoss Compressors, currently employs over 1000 coworkers. In 2010 the German holding company AURELIUS AG acquired Danfoss Household Compressors from the Danfoss Group, Denmark. In connection with the new ownership, Danfoss Compressors changed its name to Secop s.r.o.
