  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 1 200 EUR/monthfrom 1200 eur based on experience

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Strategic partnership with internal customers (heads of departments) - single point of contact for HR topics
• Active recruitment and selection of all levels of employees for the company
• Personal administration (work contract, preparation documents for payroll, personal data protection, etc. )
• Cooperation with temporary staffing companies
• Training and development of employees
• Solving operative HR problems
• Participation on different HR projects
• Implementation of HR standards into daily work
• Employee engagement
• Coordination of health and safety with external safety technician

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Slovak - Proficiency (C2)

Experience on relevant work position min. 2 -3 years
Very good knowledge of labor code
Experience from automotive business is an advantage
