Job description, responsibilities and duties

MISSION:
For 5 targeted accounts of Global Application Centers for Internet Giant:
- Animate hierarchically team of tender managers and technical architects dedicated to the accounts
- Ensure the Safety First Approach for the team members, including proper training and qualification
- Ensure coordination with Line of business, Segment team, Regional execution team, and Support functions team

SPECIFIC TENDERING ACTIVITIES:
- Ensure proper coordination with segment team to get visibility on the coming pipeline of projects
- Ensure proper resources plan according to this pipeline
- Ensure proper communication of this pipeline with all Regional Application Centers & Support functions
- Define proper Orders targets for the activity
- Define and control the SFCs allocated for the tendering activities
- Master the frame agreements in place with our customers, and analyze the future evolutions of them together with our legal team
- Ensure all Regional Execution Centers are fully on boarded and aware of these frame agreements (especially the T&Cs associated)
- Be an active member of the Sales Opportunity Committee, and ensure that the proper Set Up is defined for all projects related to our accounts
- Sign Off all offers that is sent to our customers
- Be connected with our factories to share the coming projects and evaluate the potential impacts/bottlenecks on their side
- Ensure all win/loss analysis are done following our offers

SPECIFIC TECHNICAL ACTIVITIES:
- Define together with the segment the strategic technical activities to run for each of the accounts
- Coordinate with Line of Business and prescription team to get an alignment on this technical strategy, and eventually launch new development of products
- Prepare technical offers for those activities for submissions to our customers
- Prepare and share the resources plan associated to these activities with all technical department that provide resources, especially resources managers from the REP
- Define and produce the most standardized technical packages for each account, including drawings, test plans, certifications,...
- Ensure the proper deployment of these packages in the Regional Execution Centers to get worldwide consistency during our project execution
- Ensure that the standardized solution is applied properly in every tenders wherever the location of the projects
- Be an active members of the Technical Steering Committee, and Sign Off all technical submittals that is sent to our customers
- Ensure the proper training of the technical team to always be up to date regarding the new offer to come
- Follow the global budget allocated for the design activities
- Position the Global technical Leaders as the technical referents for the Regional Application Centers Technical Leaders (TLs) during Tender & Execution
-Ensure the share of the technical lessons learned & best practices from one project to the other through the different regions
- Lead the continuous engineering and improvement of this optimized solution
- Ensure the good tracking of all quality issues
