Job description, responsibilities and duties

SUMMARY OF JOB
The Gutor Field Service Engineer Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of Field Service Engineers for customer needs, to depute FSE on time and manage effectively the planning and forecast

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan the Field Service Engineers to different jobs according their experience and requirements
- Provide proactively all info needed for the intervention to the FSE
- Work with global security services before deputing a Field Service Engineer according to different country zones
- Do all the travel arrangements required for each job (flights, hotels, visas, authorizations…) in several European and African countries
- Maintain the data base of team members to organise training & renewal of qualifying certificates/courses
- Maintain on daily basis the planning and forecast tool for monthly reports
- Update, monitor and manage the monthly overtime of Field Service Engineers
- Check and approve allowances of the Field Service Engineers
- Check the reports for each intervention and send it on time to “Invoicing Department”
- Follow up pending manpower invoices and not terminated intervention
- Define the next actions for non-terminated interventions with the involved people (Tech Support, Manger…)
- Collaborate on daily basis with SSR and other departments of Gutor
- Back to back of HQ coordinators in Slovakia and Russia

SECONDARY DUTIES
- Sales support
- Purchase requisitions in SAP and Readsoft Online for FSE tools and invoices of suppliers

Candidates with education suit the position

Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) a German - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

EDUCATION—MINIMUM REQUIRED LEVEL:
- A Degree in administration management or equal
- Good level (business communication) of spoken and written English and German. Other languages are welcomed

EXPERIENCE—MINIMUM REQUIRED:
- 3-4 years of similar experience

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS —REQUIRED:
- Excellent organization of work (reactive and proactive), structured, autonomous
- Efficient time management (capacity to treat a certain volume of work)
- Very good level of communication
- Client and solutions oriented – polite, responsive and persistent
- Networking capabilities
- Motivation for service
- Being ambitious, confident, enthusiastic and able to take initiative
- Resilient with good management of stress
