Customer Service & Office Administrator (m/f/d)

in Prague

The Role
The main scope is related to Customer Service where reporting to the Sales Director Eastern Europe, the CS&OA will play an instrumental role in building and maintaining an efficient interface with Retail Customers in Czechia, Slovakia and Poland. The secondary scope is related to administrative tasks linked to maintenance of Czech and Polish legal entities and our office in Prague. Finally, you will be providing a support and co-drive of various processes linked with Consumer Service (Germany based), support our Marketing Manager in some operational tasks and support the Country manager in expatriation related matters.

Your core tasks

  • Customer Service (50%)
    • Handling and supervising of orders to the point of delivery at customers
    • Interface management between customer, Sales, internal departments such as Logistics, Supply Planning, Finance
    • Active support of field service representatives
    • Support of commercial customers regarding order management, availability, shipment tracking, price inquiries and more via email and on the phone
    • Complaint management
  • Administrative Support (20%)
    • Secure that office in Prague is up and running smoothly
    • Country manager (expat) support
  • Trade Marketing Support (20%)
    • Support the Marketing Manager in some operational tasks, including providing various marketing assets to partners, proofreading of marketing materials in Czech language.
  • Consumer Service (10%)
    • Czech and Polish Consumer service-related tasks in close collaboration with the HQ Consumer Service in Germany

Your profile

  • Professional knowledge and experience:
    • Degree in business administration or business management training + at least 3 years work experience in relevant position
    • Market and sector knowledge in toy industry as well as profound customs and export knowledge.
    • Fluent English in speech and writing, professional Polish and Czech in speech and writing
    • Profound knowledge in SAP SD module, good knowledge of MS Office
  • Competencies:
    • You work innovatively and results-oriented and think strategically
    • You are customer as well as consumer-oriented.
    • You are a team worker and communicate actively.
